Appointments & Booking

• Appointments are recommended and subject to availability.
• Weekend and after-hours appointments may be available.
• Appointments are confirmed only after confirmation from Welgwija'l'g.
• Please arrive on time.

Deposits & Payments

• 50% non-refundable deposit required before custom nail work begins.
• Remaining balance due upon pickup or application.
• Cash and e-transfer accepted.

Cancellations & No-Shows

• Please provide at least 24 hours notice.
• Deposits may transfer with adequate notice.
• No-shows may require full payment upfront for future appointments.

Health & Safety

• Tools and equipment are cleaned and sanitized.
• Service may be refused for health or safety concerns.
• Disclose allergies, sensitivities, medications, and conditions before service.

Service Policies

• Nail longevity depends on aftercare and lifestyle.
• Custom press-ons are final sale.
• Waxing cannot be performed on irritated, broken, sunburned, or compromised skin.
• Massage is relaxation only and non-medical.

Refund Policy
